Recently, SUMEC-ITC affiliated to SUMEC Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Sumec) successfully signed an import project for optical sorting equipment for potato products with a domestic food company, actively helping food companies to strengthen the defense line of food production safety and become the “guardian” of public health.

The optical sorting machine of this brand introduced by SUMEC-ITC for customers uses a variety of advanced technologies such as laser intelligent selection, aflatoxin detection, and biological fingerprint identification. It can identify and reject products in the production line based on the color, structure, and biological characteristics of the product. of mildew, allergens, oil, spoilage and other defective products and foreign impurities, significantly improving product quality and safety.
