Recently, the machinery company of SUMEC Group Corporation (hereinafter referred to as SUMEC) successfully delivered the South African mining backup power supply project and the power engineering project of a resort island hotel in the Maldives, fully demonstrating SUMEC's comprehensive strength in deepening the "The Belt and Road", adhering to the customer first and accelerating contract fulfilment and delivery.
South African mining backup power supply project
The project was officially signed in early 2024. To meet customers' requirements for stability, reliability and ease of operation of mining units, SUMEC Machinery adopted anti-limit special boxes, long-term stable capacity expansion systems and multi-unit grid-connected energy-saving solutions to speed up production logistics and successfully completed the delivery of this batch of products within 2 months, providing power guarantee for customers' production and life on site of overseas projects.
Power engineering of a resort hotel in the Maldives
The Maldives is a holiday resort in the eyes of tourists, but insufficient power supply has always been a problem for small islands. To meet the owner's demand for green environmental protection and low noise, SUMEC Machinery adopted the "light-diesel-storage complementary" power system solution, committed to reducing the hotel's carbon emissions and electricity costs, and improving power supply reliability and quality.
Previously, SUMEC had cooperated with the client of this project for many years and established a solid cooperative relationship. The multiple FIRMAN power generation equipment purchased by the client in the early years are still running stably, which has become an important factor for the client to trust and choose FIRMAN generator sets again. During the construction of this project, SUMEC responded to customer needs in a timely manner, provided accurate services, and promoted installation and delivery, which was well received by customers.
