On November 6, the signing ceremony of the SINOMACH trading delegation of the 7th China International Import Expo was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center. As an important member of SINOMACH, SUMEC has actively implemented the concept of dual circulation development, participated in the centralized signing of the CIIE for 7 consecutive years, and introduced high-end equipment, bulk commodities, and consumer products. In the past 7 years, SUMEC has signed more than 60 projects with a procurement amount of more than US$11 billion. In 2024, 12 projects will be signed with a procurement amount of more than US$1.6 billion, which will continue to contribute to the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing, the cultivation and development of new quality productivity, the enrichment of domestic resource supply, and the creation of a more open and prosperous future. Zhang Xiaolun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of SINOMACH, attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech. In his speech, Zhang Xiaolun said that as the world's first national-level expo with imports as its theme, the CIIE has injected new impetus into the construction of an open world economy and has become an important platform for the development of global economic and trade cooperation in the new historical period. As the central enterprise trading delegation and the official exhibition organizer of the CIIE technology and equipment exhibition area, SINOMACH has fully utilized its market channel advantages and global resource allocation advantages to participate in the CIIE for seven consecutive sessions, actively building a bridge for communication and exchange between the world's high-end equipment manufacturing and the domestic market in many aspects such as exhibition recruitment and organization, audience invitation, conferences and forums, and through the creation of the "Digital CIIE" platform, it has achieved "online + offline" simultaneous exhibitions, and continued to help the CIIE "achieve high standards, achieve results, and get better and better".
