Recently, SUMEC-ITC affiliated with SUMEC Group Corporation (hereinafter referred to as SUMEC) successfully signed a contract with a Chinese food enterprise customer to import equipment for the Thomas potato flake powder production line in the Netherlands, helping to take the domestic food processing field's technological upgrading to a new level.
The production equipment introduced by SUMEC-ITC for customers this time covers all the steps from potato fields to final products, integrating multiple links such as soil removal, cleaning, peeling, steaming, mashing, drying, flaking, grinding and packaging, reducing the damage of potato cell walls and retaining the nutritional taste to the greatest extent. The drying drum, as a core component, has a maximum production capacity of 1,100 kg per hour per unit. In addition, the emission conversion energy (E2E) system used in the equipment can effectively improve the energy recovery rate in the potato processing process, greatly reduce the impact on the environment by reducing energy, water and raw material consumption, greatly reduce production costs, and significantly improve product output, quality and sustainable production benefits.
In recent years, with the rapid development of the economy and society, people have put forward higher requirements for food safety nutrition and health. The SUMEC-ITC closely follows the national development strategy, focuses on the transformation and upgrading of consumption structure, relies on the advantages of global resource channels, actively develops supply chain business around the field of food processing, and is committed to introducing high-end production equipment and advanced manufacturing processes from abroad, helping industry customers innovate production technology and equipment transformation and updating, and continuously improving the modernization level of the food processing industry. Since the beginning of this year, the technology company's food processing equipment has achieved a cumulative import license of nearly 80 million US dollars.
