Recently, Nanjing COSMOS Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "COSMOS") has made important progress in its overseas plant construction plan - the first batch of production equipment for its 10,000-ton annual production of sunscreen products project in Malaysia has been shipped. This is a bold attempt at COSMOS's internationalization strategy and is of great significance to the SUMEC-ITC's in-depth implementation of its global operation strategy.
However, at the beginning of the project, for COSMOS, which had never set foot in overseas factories, this was undoubtedly an adventure full of unknowns: complicated international trade rules, high logistics costs, cumbersome customs procedures, and a lack of understanding of Malaysian policies...
