紧凑的PSBB生产线，将输入的原材料，经过冲裁、剪切、缓冲存储及折弯等加工工艺，自动化生成高品质的折弯成型件，
PSBB生产线-紧凑的普玛宝柔性制造系统（FMS)
普玛宝PSBB是包含仓储，冲、剪、堆垛，缓冲、折弯生产工艺的柔性生产线，可将输入的原材料经过冲压、剪切、缓冲储存和折弯等加工工艺，自动化生成高品质的折弯成型件。实现原材料到成品折弯工件的自动加工。
-自动仓储及灵活的缓冲
不同的材料可储存在PSBB生产线的Combo料库（也可连接Night Train FMS®海量料库），将板材堆码放在料架中及将单张板材上料到机床工作台。
-冲剪加工
根据生产程式变更自动输出相应板材供给Shear Genius®或 Shear Brilliance冲剪单元。对板材进行冲孔及相关成型或其他工艺加工（冲孔，裁切，滾筋，滚剪，浅拉深，凸包，滚台阶，攻丝，成型孔等）
-码垛缓冲
完成冲剪后的工件由龙门式机械分类手放置在缓冲区等待进行折弯加工
部件也可通过传送带直接传送到折弯单元进行加工。
-自动化折弯
将冲裁后流转的材料进行折弯
根据需要可将板材的正反面进行180度翻转，实现毛刺面向里。
-生产节拍管理
可灵活管理物料流，将完成剪切的零件直接传送到自动折弯加工，平衡折弯和冲孔/剪切的不同时间要求，灵活的缓冲功能确保了集成设备的最优化运行，实现设备的生产效率最大化
