车床SL系列

低重心加强一体式底座，45度斜背式床身，宽鞍座跨距提供高刚性结构以确保加工稳定及精简占地空间。

重载型高精密级滚柱线轨，高精密预拉双螺帽C2滚柱导螺杆及精密剖花工艺增加传动系统刚性、加工精度及可靠度。

标准油压刀塔适用于重切削加工，选配附件伺服刀塔适用于高效生产，动力刀塔适用于车削·鐟削等复杂应用加工。

适配可程式尾座之硬轨设计,提升加工刚性，油压尾座

心轴适用于细长型工件精密加工。

高精密级高品级SKF主轴，最佳主轴跨距设计提升主轴刚性，可靠度及主轴寿命。

二组NN滚柱轴承及一组大角度斜角滚珠轴承以承受高径向力及轴向力.适合重切削及高精度加工之SL2000/2500系列。一组NN滚柱轴承及三胞胎斜角滚珠轴承，适合高速及高精度加工之SL1500系列。

主轴鼻端及端面偏摆精度0.001mm，提高加工精度及刀具寿命。

强固主轴箱与鳍片式热冷却设计，适合种切削及高精度加工。
