This product is used for packing cement, fertilizer and other dry bulk cargo, AD*STAR square bottom valve pocket in folding resistance, durability, environmental protection and other aspects are better than similar products.

AD*STAR is made from a non-adhesive heat sealing process of polypropylene coated substrate. It can be used on all modern filling lines, is economical in production, and produces less CO2 emissions over its life cycle than any other bag type.

In 2019, Starlinger launched two new products: the AD*STAR*ultra, which weighs only 62 grams, and the AD*STAR* easy, which is easy to empty quickly.

AD*STAR bags are produced only on Starlinger machines. The product portfolio includes: flat wire drawing machine, winder, circular loom, film coating machine, printing line, bag making machine and recycling machine.

For 50 years we have been producing machinery for sacks, packaging fabrics and technical textiles made of plastic tapes. The portfolio of the textile packaging division ranges from tape extrusion lines, winders and circular looms to machines for coating, printing, and sack conversion.

In addition, we look back at more than 30 years of experience in the development and production of plastics recycling machinery. The product portfolio of Starlinger’s recycling technology and viscotec divisions comprises machinery solutions for the recycling and refinement of plastics such as PE, PP, PA, PS, BOPP and (food grade) PET.
