1978
本公司创立，为一家专业制造精密平面磨床之制造厂商。
1981
第一家荣获国家颁发甲等制造厂商之磨床制造厂商。
1982
于洛杉矶成立【美国分公司】，对全美各地之客户进行直接销售与服务。
1987
荣获外贸协会颁给优良产品设计奖。
1988
本公司积极参与社区公益活动，分反馈乡里，张董事长并接受李前总统登辉先生颁奖表扬。
1989
荣获台北金属加工机具大展最佳自创品牌首奖。
1990
荣获台湾区机械公会颁给 CNC 磨床类研究发展佳作奖。
1992
台湾第一家荣获经济部颁给国际标准品保认证合格 "ISO 9002/CNS 12682" 质量保证系统证书之工具机制 造厂商。
1993
FSG-818CNC 荣获国家杰出精品奖 (Top 20)。
1994
荣获比利时 AV 颁与 CE 证书。
1995
FSG-1224TXII 荣获在台北国际机床展“台湾优良产品”。
1997
FSG-C1224CNC 荣获 TIMTOS颁发研究发展创新产品奖第一名。
1998
公司股票上柜，全兴厂区正式落成启用。
1999
SMART-H/B818荣获台湾杰出精品奖。
2000
通过 ISO 14000 认证。
2001
次微米、超高精密CNC磨床ULTRA-H/B 612 获颁台湾杰出精品奖。
2002
伟扬精机【中国上海分公司】第一期厂区正式落成启用。北京、东莞及西安等三地之营销暨技术据点亦成立 运作。电子事业部制造厂也于海南岛成立。
2003
上海伟扬第二期建厂完成，全厂落成启用；推出全国第一台线性马达磨床；推出全国第一台油静压磨床。
2004
成功开发奈米级精度油静压磨床 HYDRO-H1224 并推出高速、高效率立式加工中心机 QP 系列。
2005
与日本知名立式车床制造大厂签约结盟，正式启动双方策略伙伴关系。TIMTOS 2005 FGP-608LM 获得第 一杰出奖。
2006
推出双磨头磨床 FPG-V1632DC 开发涡轮叶片，航天产业和精密导轨磨床。
2007
隆重推出新的重型龙门磨床系列和高精度重型龙门加工中心系列用于汽车模具和大型工件。
2008
与日本知名厂商技术合作推行大型立式车削中心机。
2009
推出小型立式研磨中心机(FVG-1616DC)及卧式搪铣床。
2010
开发完成高精度线轨立式龙门加工中心机(DCL)。
2011
推出大型立式研磨中心机(FVG-4040DC)。
2013
开发完成智慧自动化高架式铝轮圈生产线。
2014
参与经济部航天加工设备整合计划。
2015
推出五轴立式综合加工机
2016
落实工业4.0--福裕加入由中卫与汉翔合作推动的「台湾航天产业A-Team 4.0」联盟。

开发iMCS™ (iMachine Communications System)系统架构，可进行全方位的远端资料收集与监控。

Universal Industry Design. Co., Ltd. was established in 1978, headquartered in Daya Township, Taichung County, Taiwan, China Province, China. Since 1987, it has been ranked among Taiwan's top 1000 enterprises and one of the top 10 tool machine manufacturers every year. There are a total of two bases and six subsidiaries in the world (Taiwan, China Daya Plant, Taiwan, China Quanxing Plant, Taiwan, China Fushuo Company, Taiwan, China Fushun Company, Taiwan, China Huanggang Company, Suzhou Weiyang Company and Los Angeles Branch).
At the beginning of its establishment, CHEVALIER (Fuyu) company focused on the professional production of grinding machine products in the field of tool machines, which require high precision, high technical level, and high added value.
