公司成立于1977年。45年来MAS 一直致力于特殊机床的研发和生产。

在1977年创立之初，公司仅作为机械加工设备的生产商为坐落于IMOLA的厂家所需的高精密度零件提供服务。
1985年开始，MAS开始生产渐进式珩磨机.
1995年，MAS公司收购了另一家桁磨机生产厂家TRIMATE 公司。
2002年，MAS 的1号工厂配备了高科技、高精密度的机加工设备，实现了MAS珩磨机所有加工零件都在本厂加工。
