自1970年家用电器冲压生产线引进中国后，中国的冲压界对AIDA 会田的评价和信誉随着业绩增长逐年升高。为了向中国客户提供更好的服务，AIDA 会田于1993年成立了会田香港有限公司。

2002年4月在上海设立了会田工程技术有限公司，专注于冲压机械的开发制造和销售, 也为提高广大用户的售后服务、质量创造了更好的条件。会田中国作为金属成型加工系统的鼻祖，始终以向国际化发展, 致力于为客户和社会做贡献。

1917   社长会田阳启设立会田公司。

1923   关东大地震，在极短时间内重建完全被摧毁的厂房 。

1933   成功研发日本knuckle-joint press。

1937   以20万日元的资本，注册成立有限公司。

1945   工厂在空袭中完全摧毁, 两个月后重建并重新启动操作。

1951   成功研发日本高速／级进模冲床(啤酒盖生产)。

1955   成功研发日本200tf 高速自动冲床。

1959   于相模原市建立新厂房。

1960   成功研发日本多功位自动搬送冲床。

1962   于东京证券交易所第二板上市。

1964   总部及龟户厂房搬迁至相模原市。

1967   制造至大型 2500 吨自动搬运冲床。

1968   研发日本自动机械手。

1970   公司正式命名AIDA ENGINEERING, LTD.。

1971   成功于东京证券交易所及大阪证券交易所主板上市。

1972   成立会田美洲支部。

1985   成立会田加拿大分公司。

1989   以新加坡为区域总部成立会田亚太支部。

1990   于相模原市设立会田研发中心。

1992   于石川县设立ACCESS, LTD.,子公司。

1993   成立会田香港分公司。

1995   于美国及马来西亚设立生产基地。

           会田高精度高速自动冲床荣获“三井精密科技奖”。

1999   获颁ISO9001 品质管理证书。

2000   会田直臂式VL系列冲床荣获“三井精密科技奖”

2002   成立会田法国及会田中国分公司。

           研发首创以直接驱动方式的伺服冲床。

2008   研发至大型2300吨伺服冲床。

2009   成立会田墨西哥分公司。

2010   会田开发与制造的伺服马达正式投入销售。

2011   成立会田越南分公司和菲律宾办事处。 

           中国生产基地迁址江苏省南通市。

2012   开始于中国工厂生产CT-N多工位自动搬送冲压机。

2013   发表新型伺服冲床 DSF-C1-A。
