阿瑞斯专利产品: ARF无料框辊底式连续T5时效热处理生产线(专利号:2016214652471),适用于铝合金汽车缸体等件的时效热处理。我公司根据用户需求，在单层通过式热处理线的基础上开发了双层辊底式结构。
采用双层运行模式后，设备占地面积、生产单位能耗等有了大幅度改善,是铝合金发动机缸体时效热处理设备的更新换代产品。
ARES patented product: ARF frameless roller hearth continuous T5 aging heat treatment line (Patent No.: 20162 14652471), is suitable for aluminum alloy engine block and other parts aging heat-treatment. ARES have developed the double-layer roller hearth structure based on the single-layer passing type heat treatment line according to the requirement of users. After the double-layer operation mode is adopted, the floor area of the equipment and the energy consumption per unit heat treatment equipment for aluminum alloy engine block.
高品质自身预热燃烧系统,低能耗,低NOx排放。强对流循环和脉冲燃烧控制,升温速度快,温度均匀性达到土3°C,避免工件过烧,减少工件的变形。我公司专利的高效喷流冷却装置(专利号:2018208551627),冷却效率高。
工件出炉温度可达到环境温度+10°C。遵循欧洲EN746-2热工安全规范设计、制造,确保设备使用安全。
High efficiency self preheating combustion system with low energy consumption and NOx emission reduced. Strong convection heating cycle and pulse combustion system, the heating speed is fast, the temperature uniformity reaches土3 °C, avoid over burning ofworkpiece, reduce the deformation of workpiece. Our patented high efficiency jet cooling device (Patent No.: 2018208551627) has high cooling efficiency. We can choose water- cooled or non water-cooled structure according to the cooling speed. The discharging temperature of the workpiece can reach the ambient temperature + 10 °C.Design and manufacture in accordance with European EN746-2 thermal safety code to ensure safe of equipment.
