Fully welded plate heat exchange equipment is a product type of high-efficiency heat exchanger. It uses corrugated plates as heat transfer elements. It has compact structure, strong pressure bearing capacity, high heat transfer efficiency, corrosion resistance and no leakage, and saves space. Technical characteristics such as low metal consumption have been widely used in oil refining, ethylene, modern coal chemicals, steel, coking, fine chemicals and other industries, playing a significant role in optimizing the energy system of the booster device and improving energy utilization efficiency. It is suitable for the long-term and high-reliability operation of the device. 1. Core components
The fully welded plate heat exchanger is a widely used efficient and compact heat exchanger. It is welded by a series of parallel metal sheets with corrugated surfaces. It eliminates the need for rubber gasket sealing and has a fully welded structure around it to achieve zero leakage. , expanding the application fields of plate heat exchangers.
LANPEC has independently developed nearly a hundred corrugated plate types to meet the needs of different process media and operating parameters. 300 series stainless steel, duplex steel, 254SMo, TA1, nickel-based alloy and other special materials can be used. ​
