Product information

When steam comes into contact with a wall that is lower than its saturation temperature, it will condense into a liquid and release the latent heat of vaporization and transfer it to the wall. This heat exchange process is called condensation heat transfer and is generally divided into: film condensation and droplet condensation. The condensation effect can be enhanced by mechanical processing on the surface of the light pipe.
1. Strengthen heat transfer mechanism
Through mechanical processing and other methods, shapes such as spiral grooves on the surface of the heat transfer element are added to destroy the surface condensation liquid film, accelerate condensation liquid discharge, reduce condensation thermal resistance, and enhance condensation heat transfer. Influencing factors include: medium characteristics, flow form, non-condensable gas content, surface structural parameters of heat transfer elements, heat exchange tube arrangement, etc.
2. Core components

High-efficiency low-fin tubes process various types of fin structures on the surface of the heat exchange tube to accelerate the discharge of condensate and accelerate condensation.
