Air coolers are cooling equipment widely used in refining, chemical, metallurgy, power stations and other industries. They are used to cool various media. Compared with other cooling equipment, air coolers use air as a cold source and have significant energy and water saving effects. Dry air coolers can cool the medium to 20°C higher than the ambient temperature. Wet air coolers and evaporative air coolers can cool the medium to close to the ambient wet bulb temperature and can replace water coolers.
1. Core components
It is composed of plate bundle, fan, frame water tank and spray device. The heat transfer unit is a fully welded plate bundle. The fan adopts vertically installed induced draft fan. The overall structure adopts split skid-mounted combination structure, which is convenient for transportation and maintenance. Since the heat transfer element adopts a special plate type, it is not only easy to clean and blow soot, but also the heat transfer area is the primary heat transfer area. Compared with finned tubes, its heat transfer performance is long-lasting; it is especially suitable for negative pressure operating systems and Condensation cooling applications with strict pressure drop requirements.
