Vacuum laminator was developed from the copper clad laminate pressing process. Its main function simulates the production line press process and makes small samples of products. Automatic temperature control and display, automatic pressure compensation, automatic mold opening, reset and shutdown and other functions. The entire process has PLC programming automatic control, which facilitates process technicians to reasonably adjust technical parameters in all aspects of the product. It is a device for testing the pressing process of laminated products such as copper clad laminate (CCL) and circuit boards (PCB).

The frame of the vacuum laminator is a steel plate with a height of 45#, and the surface is plated and painted to ensure structural strength, wear resistance and rust prevention. The main cylinder body and piston rod are both high-strength 45#forgings. The interior of the cylinder body adopts special processing technology to ensure high strength and high wear resistance; the surface of the piston rod is quenched at high frequency and plated with hard chromium to ensure strength, hardness and other wear resistance. The hydraulic system adopts integrated valve oil circuits, and each pipe connection is equipped with high-pressure hoses to ensure the elimination of vibration and reduce oil leakage. A low-pressure pump and a high-pressure variable pump work separately for mold closing and upper pressure respectively, and fine and coarse two-pole oil filters are installed. Ensure that the system operates without trouble.
