 CNC mid-sized gear shaping machine series are widely used in the processing of all kinds of internal and external disk gears, shaft gears and helical gears(need to add helical gear accessories).  (1) YKH5150N: hydrostatic spindle, bearing worktable, the main stroke of the machine tool is directly driven by the spindle servo motor, which has the function of quick return of the tool axis. When the cutter shaft is increased to 120 mm, the processing efficiency of larger ring gear is higher. The main stroke of the machine tool is 600str / min, which is more efficient for the processing of large diameter and small tooth width parts.

 (2)YK5180D : static pressure tool holder, static pressure workbench, transmission gearbox to achieve anti-backlash transmission ; the main stroke of the machine tool adopts the direct drive of the spindle servo motor, which has the function of direct return of the cutter shaft, shortens the empty stroke time and improves the processing efficiency. The cutter shaft is increased to 140 mm, which is more efficient for the processing of large ring gear.
