Product Introduction

       YKW series gear shaper has many functions such as electronic helical guide, automatic conversion of internal and external teeth, automatic tool change, automatic adjustment of large stroke, automatic lifting of tool holder and so on. It is especially suitable for processing deep hole internal teeth, helical gears with arbitrary helix angle, and double or multiple gears with special requirements. The machining accuracy reaches the national standard level 6.

Main technical characteristics

       The helical teeth in the range of ± 45 degrees of helix angle can be processed by inputting the relevant parameters of the gear. It has the function of helical angle correction with the micron range correction accuracy. Compared with the mechanical guide, it has remarkable advantages in processing technology, economy and quality.

1. The conversion of different helix angles is convenient and fast. Eliminate retooling times. Only machining parameters are needed.

2. Different helix angles for left and right tooth surfaces. It can realize separate machining of the left and right tooth surfaces to meet the requirements of different helix angles, so as to compensate the error caused by thermal deformation.

3. With the function of correcting helix Angle. The fhβ value (helical inclination deviation) can be easily input and accurately calibrated when adjusting the gear shaper. In addition, a reserved compensation value of fhβ can be set to compensate the subsequent heat treatment deformation. The calibration accuracy can reach the micron range.
