The SAPORITI PLUS CD machine especially developed for the fast and precise manufacturing of co-rotating screws in sectors also with complex profile, cams and lobes (as in extruder for plastic, rubber and food and in pumps and compressors).
This SAPORITI threader has CNC controlled tilting head (± 35° angular displacement from vertical position) for disc cutter with mills max. diameter allowed of 200 mm.
The max workpiece diameter on this machine is 220 mm and the length available vary from 2000 mm up to 9000 mm between centres.
There are different self-centring hydraulic rest available to hold a wide range of screws diameters without any change and with a really fast machine setup operation. Possible rest range: 15-150 mm and 30- 220 mm.
Cutters milling head has sealed water chilled motor of 23 Kw

The bed has inclined shape to allow the operator working area better view and the easier falls of chips in the chips conveyor which is located all along the bed.
