Overview of the 50000 ton/year building gypsum production line:

This project is located in Yixing, Jiangsu. The production line uses citric acid gypsum produced by citric acid enterprises as raw material, with an annual output of 50000 tons of building gypsum. The product has a flexural strength of 3.0Mpa, a compressive strength of 6.0Mpa, and a heat source of 1.2Mpa saturated steam. Qualified salt gypsum raw materials are dried, calcined, and modified to obtain qualified building gypsum. The construction gypsum generated by this project is mainly used in the fields of gypsum boards, gypsum blocks, plastering mortar, etc.

Founded in 1999, the Company was restructured as Jiangsu Efful Science and Technology Co., Ltd. in 2013 and renamed Efful Science and Technology Co., Ltd. in 2022. Located in Binjiang Economic Development Zone, Jiangning District and registered with RMB 82.5985 million, Efful is mainly engaged in technology research and development and related professional technical services in environmental protection, energy saving and industrial solid waste recycling industries. It’s a nationally leading enterprise in the recycling of industrial by-product gypsum resource, one of the eight major industrial solid waste resources. 

Efful is the Construction Unit of State Environmental Protection Engineering Center for Resource Utilization of Industrial By-product Gypsum of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and one of the 60 Backbone Enterprises for Comprehensive Utilization of Bulk Solid Wastes certified by the National Development and Reform Commission. The National Key Laboratory of Comprehensive Utilization Technology of Industrial By-product Gypsum in Building Materials Industry has been established in Efful.

Now Efful has about 100 patent technologies primarily composed of invention patents. Among the 70 odd R&D specialists staffed (taking up 70% of Efful’s total employees), about 40 of them are Master’s Degree and Doctoral Degree holders. Through close partnerships with such colleges and universities as the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, Southeast University, Chongqing University, Nanjing University of Technology, Sichuan University, Wuhan University of Technology, Jiangsu University, Changzhou University, Efful is a strong scientific research enterprise. The independently developed Key Technology and Equipment for Resource Utilization of Industrial By-product Gypsum has been honored with the First Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award granted by the China Energy Conservation Association, the Second Prize of China Environmental Protection Science and Technology, the Second Prize of China Building Materials Science and Technology and the First Prize of Technological Renovation in the Chinese Building Materials Industry, and included into the National Directory of Major Environmental Protection Technologies and Equipment Encouraged for Development of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment. Efful has led or participated in the formulation of over 80% of the national standards, industry standards and group standards for gypsum, received about 20 provincial and ministerial level awards for scientific research achievements. Thus far, Efful has 37 registered.
