适用于较短圆棒类工件(<350mm)的大批量生产。

加工范围

5mm~32mm 

加工方式 

此机型为上下结构，刀具安装于下方，工件装夹部在上方，加工时刀具旋转工件不旋转，由工件交持部整体向下移送实现加工进结。

 机型特点 

倒立式结构较卧式深孔粘钻更易将加工后的铁屑排出，解决了卧式多轴深孔钻宽度较宽，装夹不方便的难题：采用双通道系统实现单独控制，将四工位用分隔为两个可独立运行的双工位工作区，可同时独立加工不同规格的零件。

       信一秀塔克机械(苏州) 有限公司是信一机械株式会社在中国的全资子公司，分为深孔刀具事业部和机床事业部，目前拥有员工 100余人，生产制造的深孔机床与刀具应用于汽车零部件，燃油喷射系统,饲料制粒机的环模,工程机械类的液压阀体和阀芯,压缩机曲轴医疗器械及骨科工具等领域，为用户提供深孔加工的解决方案，产品试制，深孔外协加T等技术支持和服务。

    Shin-IL Stark Machinery (Suzhou Co.Ltd.in China wholly owned subsidiary by Shin-IL Machinery in Korea Shin-IL Suzhou factory is divided into deep hole drilling tools division and machine division. Currently it has      employed more than 100 staff. The deep hole drilling machines and tools are used in auto parts and fuel injection system, pellet die, ring mold of feed biomass, grain cutter hydraulic valve body and core of engineering machinery compressor cam shaft, medical equipment and orthopedic contraption as well. We provide customers with a new product solutions, product trial out and deep hole outsourcing processing technical support and services.
