TRF-B系列辑底贯通式保护气氛管材连续热处理线适用于机械、汽车、石油、锅炉等行业各类钢管(12Cr1MoV,T91, P91等)的微氧化正火、回火和退火。
阿瑞斯TRF-B热处理线采用纯氮气保护,辐射管间接加热,脉冲燃烧控制。钢管在加热、保温过程中受热均匀、稳定,热处理控温精度高。热处理后物料表面光洁、微氧化。
TRF-B series heat-treatment line is designed for boiler tube, low alloy steel tubes / pipes multifarious heat-treatment process by ARES. The material of tubes / pipes include of boiler steel(12Cr1MoV, T91, P91 etc.),low alloy steel etc. Various process canbe fulfilled in TRF-B, such as soft annealing, normalizing,tempering etc.
Nitrogen being used as protective atmosphere in TRF-B, oxidation and decarbonization of tube and pipes during the heat-treatmentwill be smothered.
Recuperative burner system being equipped with radiation tube to heat the material in furnaces.
针对正火工艺,阿瑞斯专利技术‘JCU型管棒材喷流冷却机组'可实现物料在保护气氛中均匀快速冷却。TRF-B热处理线最高炉温可达到1,100°℃,薄壁钢管正火冷却速度达到200°C/min。
根据需求,TRF-P系列热处理线可配置“阿瑞斯RDMS-热处理线远程服务系统系统”、"FDAS-工业炉生产数据智能分析系统”。上述技术的使用,可大大提高产品质量的稳定性、提高设备使用效率和降低生产成本。
ARES patent Jet Cooling Unit (JCU), can make a very strong cooling effect to tubes during the normalizing process.
ARES Intelligent Control System has been used on TRF series heat treatment line and configured with " RDMS- heat treatment line remote service system", "FDAS- industrial furnace production data intelligent analysis system" . The use of the above technology can greatly improve the stability of product quality, improve the efficiency of equipment and reduce the production cost.
