TRF-H系列辑底式全氢保护不锈钢管光亮固溶热处理线,适用于CrNi钢管的光亮固溶、退火等连续热处理。
TRF-H热处理线采用100%氢气保护气氛,陶瓷辐射管间接加热、脉冲控制。物料在热处理过程中加热、冷却均匀,热处理后物料表面光亮无氧化。TRF-H热处理线,最高炉温可达到1,180℃,薄壁管冷却速度达到300℃/min。
TRF-H series heat-treatment line is designed for CrNi steel tubes multifarious heat-treatment process by ARES. Various process can befulfilled in TRF-H, such as solution, soft annealing, etc.
TRF-H heat treatment line adopts 100% hydrogen atmosphere, Recuperative burner system being equipped with Si-SiC radiationtube indirect heating and pulse control heating. The material is heated and cooled evenly in the heat treatment process, and the surface ofthe material is bright without oxidation after heat treatment. The maximum furnace temperature of TRF-H heat treatment line can reach 1180 °C and the cooling rate of thin tube can reach 300 ℃ / min by ARES patent JCU - Jet Cooling Unit.
根据需求,TRF-H系列热处理线可配置“阿瑞斯RDMS-热处理线远程服务系统系统”、“FDAS-工业炉生产数据智能分析系统”。上述技术的使用,可大大提高产品质量的稳定性、提高设备使用效率和降低生产成本。
ARES Intelligent Control System has been used on TRF-H series heat treatment line and configured with " RDMS- heat treatment line remote service system", "FDAS- industrial furnace production data intelligent analysis system" and "CPIM- heattreatment equipment cluster production intelligent management system". The use of the above technology can greatly improve the stability of product quality, improve the efficiency of equipment and reduce the production cost.
