RVXR060SVGA series products are AMOLED microdisplays prepared with top-emitting, high-efficiency, silicon-based active OLED technology with independent intellectual property rights.The RVXR060SVGA series includes full colour (C), monochrome white (W) and monochrome green (G).It has the characteristics of low power consumption, high resolution (SVGA 800X600), miniaturization, etc., and supports the display requirements of SVGA and below resolution.Combined with the appropriate optical system, a high-quality large-picture display can be obtained.Its silicon substrate is fabricated on a 0.18-micron CMOS process and integrates all-digital video signal processing and circuitry such as 804X3X604 driver units.The video signal input is compatible with the ITU-R BT.656 standard and supports 8/16/24-bit digital video input modes.The 2-wire serial programming interface enables control and adjustment of display mode, display direction, display position, brightness, contrast, gamma correction and other functions.The interface level is compatible with the 1.8V CMOS standard.It can be widely used in a variety of miniaturized, high-resolution, low-power, and wide-operating temperature range near-eye display systems.
