RVXR061SXGA series products are AMOLED microdisplays prepared with top-emitting, high-efficiency silicon-based active OLED technology with independent intellectual property rights.The RVXR061SXGA series includes full colour, black and white, and monochrome green.It has the characteristics of low power consumption, high resolution (SXGA 1280X1024), and miniaturization.and supports the display requirements of SXGA and below resolution.With the appropriate optical system, a high-quality large-screen display can be obtained.Its silicon substrate is fabricated in a 0.18-micron CMOS process and integrates all-digital video signal processing and 1280X3X1024 driver units.The video signal input is compatible with ITU- R BT.656 standard and supports 8/16/24-bit digital video input modes.Display mode, display direction, display position, brightness, contrast, gamma correction and other functions can be controlled and adjusted through the 2-wire serial programming interface.The interface level is compatible with the 1.8V CMOS standard.It can be widely used in a variety of miniaturised, high-resolution, low-power and wide operating temperature range near-eye display systems.
