Product information

The whole oxygen combustion melting technology of the glass industry is to replace air combustion with oxygen with a purity of 90%to 93%. It is to reduce the emissions of nitrogen oxides in flue gas and flue gas and save energy. On the basis of considering the consumption of oxygen consumption, it is generally believed that compared with ordinary air combustion, it can save more than 30%of fuel.

Peking University Pioneer VPSA oxygen technology can provide oxygen -making equipment for the full oxygen (oxygen) combustion section of the glass kiln. The oxygen purity is more than 93%, the oxygen production is stable, and the load regulation is flexible. At present, more than 20 sets of VPSA oxygen -making equipment has been built for the glass glass fiber industry, including multiple oxygen -making projects exported to countries such as Balin.

Adsorption process:

Use the drum fan to send the raw materials to the adsorption tower, and the impurities such as nitrogen and other impurities are prioritized by the molecular sieve. The oxygen is entered at the top of the adsorption tower and enters the average pressure buffer tank to the downstream of oxygen.

Relax process:

After the molecular sieve is attached to the saturation, the switching valve is switched to the reverse effect of the wind turbine, and the adsorption capacity of the molecular screen is restored. At this stage, the average pressure buffer tank continues to supply oxygen to the downstream.

 

Technical characteristics and advantages

Advanced single tower process:

Single tower process effectively replaces the traditional two tower processes. The number of equipment is less, the operation is more stable, the operation is more convenient, and the maintenance is easier.

High -efficiency lithium -based molecular sieve:

The third-generation high-efficiency lithium-based oxygen molecule sieve (PU-8), with a lithium-ion exchange rate of more than 99%, has the advantages of large strength, high nitrogen oxygen selectability, large heap density, uniform particles, long service life, etc., combined with exclusive proprietary exclusiveness The automated filling technology effectively guarantees the stability of the molecular sieve bed layer.

Oxygen -making valve:

Oxygen -making valve is also suitable for VPSA oxygen -making technology. It has the characteristics of good sealability, fast switching speed, and stable performance. The low failure rate and simple maintenance of simple maintenance are more prominent.

Modular integrated design:

Compared with the conventional two -tower process, the equipment is more compact, covering an area of more than 20%.

Low running cost:

The unit oxygen consumption is as low as 0.35kWh/Nm³, and the annual maintenance cost can be reduced by 30%. The annual operating comprehensive cost can save more than 50%compared with ordinary oxygen or purchasing liquid oxygen.
