Product information

The smelting of iron in the blast furnace uses coke, coal, and iron ore. The sulfur in the blast furnace gas also exists mainly in the form of a return state. After color scoring sampling detection, the organic sulfur in the blast furnace gas, that is, the cymbal sulfur (COS) and the carbonide (CS₂) accounting for 70-80%of the total sulfur content; the inorganic sulfur sulfide (H₂s) accounts for 20-30%of the total sulfur content. Essence Therefore, the front -end desulfurization of the blast furnace needs to be removed by the above -mentioned three types of sulfide, namely cymbal sulfur, carbonide and hydrogen sulfide.

-Kard furnace gas sulfur sulfur process route-

After the blast furnace gas comes from the top of the furnace, first pass the gravity dust removal and cloth bag dust removal device to reduce the dust content to less than 10 mg/nm³, and then enter the transparent power generation device (TRT). Conversion device to convert cymbal sulfur and carbonide to hydrogen sulfide, then enter the desulfurization device, use a dry method desulfurization agent to remove hydrogen sulfide in gas, and finally enter each gas point for use. The sulfur dioxide concentration in flue gas meets the requirements of ultra -low emissions.

-The technical advantage of blast furnace gas refined desulfurization-

1. Do not affect TRT power generation, all the hydrolysis and desulfurization process are placed behind TRT;

2. No waste liquid is generated, and the dried method does not produce waste liquid;

3. The precision of desulfurization is high, and the total sulfur content is less than 500mg/nm³, which is more suitable for dry method;

4. Do not fear sulfur fluctuations. When the sulfur content in gas fluctuates, no additional operation is required;

5. No one is on duty, the fixed bed process, just inspection;

6. Long running time, the service life of hydrolysis agent and desulfurization agent is greater than 1 year;

7. Environmental closed loop, replaced hydrolyzes and desulfurization agents can be used in the factory;

8. The industrialization application has achieved remarkable results. The front -end dry desulfurization process has successfully operated successfully for 8 consecutive years.

-Che industrial application case-

In 2012, Hunan Hua Ling Henggang Group used Beijing Peking University Pioneer Technology Co., Ltd.'s steel plant gas resource utilization technology to build a set of blast furnace gas to increase thermal value device. From 700 calories/cubic meters to 2100 calories/cubic meters, it is used as a fuel gas for rolling steel heating furnaces. In the process of increasing thermal value, the use of transformer adsorption (PSA) process to purify carbon monoxide concentration from 21%to 70%from 21%to 70%. PSA pure carbon monoxide equipment has strict requirements for sulfur content in blast furnace gas. The total sulfur content It must be below 0.1ppm. To this end, the Peking University pioneer built the first set of blast furnace gas front -end dry desulfurization devices at that time to meet the strict requirements of the total Sulfur content of the subsequent PSA process.

In this project, the blast furnace gas passes through the hydrolysis tower through the dust removal and transforms the organic sulfur in the gas into inorganic sulfur. After that, the gas is cooled through the desulfurization tower. Black furnace gas directly enters PSA to pure carbon monoxide process. The data shows that the entire set of PSA separation carbon monoxide equipment including the front -end dry desulfurization method has been operating continuously and stably since driving in 2013.
