XK(H)AE24/27 series machine tool is a series of products jointly designed by Beiyi machine tool on the basis of similar machine tools produced by WALDRICH COBURG, the world famous manufacturer, in combination with the needs of domestic users.

In terms of machine tool application technology, this series of machine tools adopts the technology verified by Coburg for many years, so the machine tool has high accuracy, good accuracy retention and strong cutting ability.

In terms of machine tool manufacturing, Beiyi machine tool has nearly 30 years of experience in cooperative production with China, Germany and Japan, and fully applies the design, processing and assembly technology introduced by digestion and absorption to this series of products.

This series of machine tools has good rigidity, high precision and fast speed. The machine is equipped with high-speed, high-precision, high-torque spindle, suitable for mold, automobile, printing, rolling stock, aerospace cast iron steel, stainless steel, superalloy, titanium alloy, heat-resistant alloy, aluminum alloy and other materials efficient rough processing, semi-finishing and finishing.

The machine is equipped with a chip removal device and a coolant supply and recovery device.

The machine adopts the SINUMERIK 840DSL numerical control system of SIEMENS, Germany, with X, Y, Z three linear axes; It can realize 3-axis linkage function. SIEMENS AC spindle servo motor and feed servo motor are used for the main drive and feed drive of the machine tool.

All linear coordinates of the machine tool are detected by German HEIDENHAIN precision grating ruler to realize full closed-loop control.

The machine can be configured with M500L-NC five-axis multifunctional boring and milling ram to realize 5-axis linkage machining of various complex surfaces.
