The electric drive drilling rig is the main intref drilling rig. The Winch, mud pump and rotary table or top drive are independently driven. Transmission is simple, easy to maintain, high reliability, easy operation, strong controllability and driller comfort. Electric drilling rig is divided into DC rig (DC) and AC frequency conversion rig (DB) : DC: Winch is driven by three-axis chain, with pneumatic tire clutch shift, four positive one inverted, easy to operate, with hydraulic disc brake and eddy current brake. Through 45KW small motor to achieve automatic drilling, high control accuracy, reduce driller working intensity, improve efficiency, improve wellbore quality. The turntable is driven by a DC motor through a 2-gear box. Electric Drive system digital bus control, strong anti-interference ability, automatic fault detection. DB: the winch is designed as a single shaft gearbox structure, stepless speed regulation, more simple transmission structure, less mechanical maintenance workload, energy consumption brake and hydraulic disc brake, through the main motor to achieve automatic drilling. Winch can be equipped with emergency motor drive. The Driller has a better man-machine operation interface, greatly reduced operation handle, through the touch screen display rig operation, failure parameters. All-digital frequency conversion drilling rig has a good scalability, for the late drilling rig automation, intelligence provides a basic platform.
