Use
This valve is suitable for chemical, petroleum, natural gas, power plants, coal mines, construction, steel, light industry and sewage treatment industries. Because there are often hard particles, fibrous dirt and other objects in the medium, it can play an excellent role as an opening and closing device in pipeline systems. Its driving methods include manual, pneumatic and electric.
Features
1. This valve has an advanced design concept and has incomparable characteristics with ordinary valves. As a fluid control system, this product effectively solves the long-term problem of leakage caused by damage to the sealing surface of the gate valve caused by debris.
2. In order to meet the requirements of different users, the valve has two systems: national standard and American standard. Each system has general type, flat valve type and oil field special valve.
3. This valve adopts a spring self-sealing structure and a special sealing surface. The sealing pair is always consistent regardless of position, and the residual dirt (such as sediment, welding slag and other attachments) adhered to the sealing surface can be completely scraped off, and the sealing surface will not be damaged in any way. Since the sealing surface is overlayed with high-hardness corrosion-resistant alloy materials, it has been proven by many manufacturers that this structure can not only scrape off all kinds of dirt on the sealing surface, but also cut off stainless steel electrodes with a diameter of 5mm without leaving any trace on the sealing surface. 4. Since the spring self-sealing structure in the valve can automatically compensate for the normal wear of the sealing surface, on the one hand, the leakage rate is zero due to the extremely strong sealing performance, and on the other hand, the working life of the valve is greatly improved, saving costs for the enterprise.
5. The valve adopts a wedge-type roller switch mechanism. Valves can be opened and closed easily, such as the PN4.0Mpa DN300 patented valve, which can be opened and closed easily by one person using a handwheel. Tests have proven that under the same pressure level and caliber conditions, the opening and closing torque of the patented valve is only half of that of ordinary valves. If the valve has a small leakage, just tighten the handwheel to keep the valve from leaking. Ordinary valves do not have this skill.
6. Since this product adopts a special switching mechanism, it prevents the ordinary gate from being stuck and unable to open due to large temperature changes.
7. The valve is equipped with an automatic sewage drainage system at the bottom to always keep the inner cavity of the gate clean and free of residues.
8. The valve body is equipped with a dust-proof mechanism to ensure that no dirt will invade the inner cavity of the valve. And cause the internal mechanism to malfunction.
