The  MD  running  stock  can  obtain  a  cross-shearing  force through resonating the whole wire section by the Shaker, resulting in the speed difference between the upper and lower fiber layers in stock, which effectively  eliminates the fiber  flocculation  and  improve  the  fiber distribution uniformities significantly.
Meanwhile,  the  cross-shearing  force  can  effectively  change  fiber orientation, increase the CD fiber distribution, and greatly reduce the MD/CD ratio.

从2008年到2012年我们高度专注对高速宽幅纸机的整体设计与研发和制造，并完成了“十一五”科技支撑计划“国产高速造纸机的研制”项目，至此我们成为了一家从纸机关键装备到交钥匙工程一站式解决方案领导者。
第一台水力式流浆箱
2008年我们推出了首台水力式稀释水流浆箱，迄今为止我们向海内外市场累计售出200余台。

第一台膜转移施胶机
2010首台大指制造的Integra®-Sizer膜转移施胶机成功交付。累计为101个客户提供158台。
第一台靴压
2012年大指制造的靴式压榨成功开机，成为首套国产投运靴压。
新一代复卷机
2017年我们推出了新一代高速复卷机，截止目前已售出50余台，最大幅宽6600mm，最高车 速 2500m/min
新一代单点可控中高压光机
2019年我们研制成功了单点可控中高辊 Integra-SZC  roll，较游泳辊和分区可控辊压光机，横向厚度2σ改善率≥20%。

多层帘式涂布技术
2019年公司高速宽幅多层帘式涂布机整体技术及装备被中国轻工联合会鉴定为国内领先水平，填补了国内多层帘式涂布装备的空白，市场前景广阔。
超级压光机
2022年我们推出了国产15辊宽幅超级压光机，已达国内领先水平。
