Structure Characteristics：
Compared with conventional reeler, Integra®-Reel Plus could control the nip linear pressure and web tension by means of introducing a central drive to realize the surface and center reeling, the reeling performance could be optimized maximumly through adjusting the linear pressure, web tension and center torque.
Seamlessly transferring from the primary arm to the secondary arms ensures a uniform torque and linear pressure continuously throughout the whole paper reeling process.

DAZHI integrates the key technologies and rich rebuilding experiences of high-speed paper machines with
domestic industry resources and has realized the localization of high-speed and wide-width paper machines completely.
We offer integrated engineering services to the paper industry: undertaking turnkey projects from engineering and equipment integration to installation and commissioning. During the project implementation, we are seeking the shortest process, the least energy and water consumption, and delivering the most competitive input-output ration for our customers.

Localization of high-speed and wide-width papermaking equipment
From 2008 to 2012, we highly focused on the overall design, R & D and manufacturing of high-speed wide paper machines, and completed the "Development of Domestic High-speed Paper Machines" project of the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" scientific and technological support plan. So far, we have become a one-stop solution leader from key equipment of paper machines to turnkey projects.
The first hydraulic headbox
In 2008, we launched the first hydraulic dilution water headbox, and so far we have sold more than 200 units to domestic and overseas markets.

The first film transfer sizing machine
2010 The first Integra®-Sizer film transfer sizing machine manufactured by Dazhi was successfully delivered. A total of 158 units were provided to 101 customers.
The first boot press
In 2012, the shoe press manufactured by Dazhi was successfully started, becoming the first domestically produced shoe press put into operation.
A new generation of rewinding machines
In 2017, we launched a new generation of high-speed rewinding machines. So far, more than 50 units have been sold, with a maximum width of 6600mm and a maximum speed of 2500m/min
A new generation of single-point controllable medium and high pressure optical machines
In 2019, we successfully developed a single-point controllable mid-high roll Integra-SZC roll. Compared with swimming roll and zone controllable roll calenders, the transverse thickness 2σ improvement rate is ≥20%.

Multi-layer curtain coating technology
In 2019, the overall technology and equipment of the company's high-speed and wide-width multi-layer curtain coating machine were identified by China Light Industry Federation as the domestic leading level, filling the gap in domestic multi-layer curtain coating equipment and having broad market prospects.

In 2022, we launched a domestic 15-roll wide super calender, which has reached the domestic leading level.
