Blade potato peeling technology features and advantages
1. The surface of the potato after peeling is as clean and tidy as that of the artificial potato peeling with potato cutter.
2. Peeling process, to minimise the loss of the original material, peeling rate of 70% of the time required for 90 seconds; peeling rate of 95% of the time required for 120 seconds, to achieve the delicate peeling.
3. According to the characteristics of potatoes, adjust the height of the blade to control the peeling thickness of the original.
4. According to the shape of the potato, delicate and even peeling, only need to manually pick out the potato eye.
5. During the peeling process, nozzle spraying water, other processes do not need to use water, less water consumption.
6. Even for large potatoes over 200g, it can minimise the degree of damage, and it is a push product for all types of restaurants such as schools and units.
