The manual adjustment device of the inflatable shaft is a semi-automatic adjustment device, which can adjust the micro change of Y direction of the material roll. When the Y-direction position of the material coil needs to be slightly adjusted, the adjustment handwheel can be manually turned forward/backward according to the need, and the inflating shaft core shaft will move a certain distance along the Y, thereby driving the material coil forward or backward. The size of the movement can be read by the reading meter on the hand wheel, and the maximum movement adjustment is ±10mm. The device can accurately move the Y-direction position of the coil without disassembling the coil, which greatly saves manual adjustment time and improves labor efficiency.
