Machine tool introduction
SKMC series CNC forming gear grinding machine is a high precision machine tool independently developed by Nanjing Polytechnic Numerical Control Technology Co., Ltd. with complete independent intellectual property rights. The equipment integrates heavy-duty precision hydrostatic guide rail, hydrostatic rotary table of double worm gear pair, on-line measurement system, full closed-loop control technology, and multi-function forming and grinding software, which makes the machine have high reliability and accuracy.
SKMC series CNC forming gear grinding machine is suitable for grinding all kinds of high-precision external cylindrical gears (optional internal grinding arm, internal grinding head), can be widely used in mechanical press, engineering machinery slewing bearing, shield machine main bearing, wind power gear box, mining machinery and other industries.
