Machine tool characteristics

Chamfer type
The machine adopts AC variable frequency electric spindle direct drive technology, and uses variable diameter ER clamp to grip carbide chamfer milling cutter for chamfer processing. The form of chamfer is determined by the form of the tool, which can realize a variety of chamfer forms such as 30°/45°/R Angle. The size of the chamfer can be arbitrarily set by the machine, and the machine can control the size of the chamfer by the feed depth of the Z1/Z2(or X1/X2) axis. Workpiece hardness HB250-350, a knife can be processed 3.5X45° chamfer, surface roughness Ra6.3.
Auxiliary function
The turntable is equipped with a mechanical seal to prevent iron filings from entering.
The electric spindle is cooled by closed-loop circulating water.

Electrical description

The system adopts high-speed bus communication, equipped with Chinese display, handheld operation unit, high reliability.
The CNC system of the machine tool can debug and transmit the program online with PC. At the same time, it is equipped with a trigger probe to realize the alignment measurement of the tooth surface through the digital measurement interface of the system, and the relative position relationship between the tool and the tooth groove is determined by the built-in software algorithm to realize the automatic alignment of the tooth groove, which greatly improves the alignment efficiency and accuracy.
