The zero-loss regenerative adsorption dryer mainly consists of two adsorption towers and adsorbent in the tower. The regeneration system consists of an electric heater, a water cooler and a recirculating fan with a steel pipe connecting them. A total of 12 main valve groups are installed to control the flow direction of each Compressed air. Pneumatic actuators are fitted with limit switches (valve-in-position signal feedback devices) so that the next switch can not begin until the previous operation is completed. The transmission device is a double-acting pneumatic actuator, controlled by a double-controlled solenoid valve, which can be kept in situ when the machine is shut down in an emergency. The whole dryer control is through the PLC control system to complete, fully automatic continuous operation. The following controls can be applied to the dryer: Time/temperature control using this control variable, heating time and cold blowing time set the maximum and minimum range, within the time range for temperature control, if the temperature reaches the set value, the process ends and then begins to switch to the next phase. Dew Point control the cycle is no longer limited by time, but is controlled by the dew point meter switch pulse signal, after regeneration when the measured process gas dew point reached the set value on the meter, before switching.
