Compressed heat regenerative air dryer is a continuous operation of double adsorption tower design. Heating regeneration stage is the use of high-temperature gas compressor out of the first tower regeneration, and then cooling water separation, and then another tower for drying. The air separated by cooling is used in cold blowing, and no gas is consumed in heating and cold blowing, so the energy is saved to the greatest extent. Compressed heat regenerative dryer features less energy consumption, low operating costs because of its regeneration use air compressor compressed heat heating adsorbent, regenerated gas after cooling discharge condensate water and then adsorption, so that no regeneration gas consumption, it also saves the consumption of other heat sources. The unit power is only 0.2 kw, which is the most remarkable advantage of the compressed heat regenerative dryer.
