HZT-AC4120 drive system is mainly integrated by Siemens automation products, including PLC, inverter, network products, operator terminal, etc. Through visual operation interface and lower computer program, the original complex control logic program is transformed into an easy-to-understand operation interface, so that customers can better control the start and stop, speed setting, precision control of each motor in the paper machine drive system, and monitor the production data of the production line, which provides a relatively accurate drive data reference for product production.

The HZT-AC4120 drive system of Huazhang Technology makes reasonable planning of Siemens software and hardware according to the project requirements, adopts standardized PLC program and visual interface, and combines the control requirements of mechanical equipment and paper machine process, establishing a customized drive system to improve the stability of the paper machine drive system, and enable customers to continue high quality and high efficiency production.

Through SINAMICS S120 inverter motor identification and parameter setting (static and dynamic response testing), achieve high precision control of the drive motor；

Through PROFIBUS DP/PN network configuration, PLC can control and monitor SINAMICS S120 inverter completely.

Through the programming of Siemens PLC(CPU 410-5H controller), all functional requirements of paper machine drive system are realized.
