HZT-DBU, a complete set of dynamic braking products of Huazhang Technology, is mainly composed of DC line fuse switch, brake unit and     supporting brake resistance box, which constitutes the DC power supply  chopper brake circuit.

The function of the brake unit is to consume the regenerative energy generated by the motor in the process of deceleration in the form of heat energy on the braking resistor, so as to improve the braking performance of the inverter and shorten the braking time of the inverter.

The product is divided into 400VAC and 690VAC according to the input power supply voltage level, and is divided into 15 ~300kW (single unit) according to the braking capacity, and can use a parallel way to increase the braking capacity.

Safety: With IGBT short circuit breakdown trip function, it can effectively prevent the fire hazard caused by IGBT breakdown, and the resistor for a long time overload operation.

Universality: With special design, you can use ordinary resistor, and don’t have to choose non-inductive resistor, with chopper voltage adjustable, suitable for a variety of medium and low voltage inverter (specially designed up to 1200V).

Economy: The quality can be comparable with similar imported   products, which is an economical and practical supporting product in inverter brake circuits.

It can be used in parallel, designed as the book type, which can be installed in parallel without gap. It is recommended to use 3 units in parallel at most.
