HZT-NRU, a complete set of diode infeed products of Huazhang Technology, is mainly composed of three-phase incoming circuit breaker, incoming reactor, diode infeed and its heat sink, heat dissipation fan, forming a 6-pulse or 12-pulse DC power supply circuit.

In today's rapid development of papermaking, metallurgy, coal mining and other industrial industries, the infeed unit provides a stable DC power supply for the drive system of the workshop, which is a key link to ensure the safe production of enterprises.

The product is divided into 400VAC and 690VAC according to the incoming power supply voltage level, and 1250/1600/2000/2500/3200/4000A (single unit) according to the distribution capacity, and the distribution capacity can be increased by parallel connection.

The complete set of diode infeed products adopts three-phase full bridge to convert the full cycle of AC power into DC power supply, providing a certain capacity of common DC bus power supply for the drive system. When the inverter is in electric state, it obtains electric energy from the bus, and when the inverter is in power generation state, it gives back electric energy to the bus (the power is absorbed by other inverters in electric state or the braking unit is selected for energy consumption), to achieve the purpose of energy saving, improve the reliability of equipment operation, reduce the amount of equipment maintenance and so on.
