The automatic cutter slitting system moves the slitting cutter through the high-precision positioning system, and realizes the rapid adjustability of the slitting width according to the requirements of the slitting width required by the process, and can manually adjust the main parameters such as the cutter force and the amount of stacking cutters to meet the slitting requirements in different occasions.

The operating system adopts Chinese human-machine interface(HMI), with humanized operation, simple and easy to learn;

The real-time positioning location and status are displayed on HMI, which is convenient for maintenance and viewing;

The upper cutter and the bottom cutter adopt servo motor, connected by a synchronous belt, and one or more upper cutter mounts or bottom cutter mounts can be moved to the desired position at the same time to achieve efficient and fast positioning, which greatly reduce labor, improve production efficiency, and save time.

The system is composed of high-performance PLC and servo motor control and its related protective devices to ensure the reliable and stable operation of the equipment.
