As the name suggests, there is a group of crosscutting knives among which the upper and lower two crosscutting knives have rotary cutting paper action, with fast cutting paper speed, high precision and high efficiency. In the process of cutting each paper, the cross-cutting knife moves at variable speed every revolution, keeps the same speed with the paper to finish synchronous cutting paper. Therefore, when slitting cardboard paper, especially thick cardboard jammed, there is no oblique mouth, flipping and other phenomena. The synchronous paper cutter adjusts the length and width of the paper, through the high-precision control system to control the rotation speed of the cutting knife and the rapid automatic adjustment of the slitting width, which can be in the operation table according to the length and width requirements of the process required to achieve intelligent and automatic control, but also can be manually operated to effectively adjust the parameters of the slitting width to meet different slitting requirements. The squareness of the paper is free of adjustment.

The operating system adopts Chinese human-machine interface(HMI), with humanized operation, easy to learn; the real-time position and status are displayed on HMI, which is easy to maintain and view;

The cutter and the feed roller are driven by servo motor, to achieve efficient and fast positioning; can realize automatic stack change, improve production efficiency, and save reactive power operation;

The main structure of the control system is based on the architecture of SIEMENS, and then the synchronous servo motor is driven, supplemented by the perfect control bit on the equipment to protect it, so as to achieve human-machine interaction, stable operation and high safety.
