Single-knife single-rotary cutting machine as the name suggests is a cross-cutting knife and only the upper knife realizes rotary cutting paper, while the lower knife is not moved to complete the action of cutting paper, which can achieve thin paper (cultural paper, coated paper, offset paper, etc.), cardboard (ivory board, white board, etc.) and other paper   for flat cutting.

The paper cutter quickly and automatically adjusts the length and width of the paper through a high-precision control system controlling the rotation speed and slitting width of the cutter, and realizes intelligent and automatic slitting control according to the length and width required by the process on the operating table. At the same time, it can also be manually operated to adjust the parameters of the slitting width to meet different slitting needs, and the squareness adjustment of the sheet can also be automatically controlled, without manual adjustment.

The operating system adopts Chinese human-machine interface,   with highly intelligent touch control, to realize humanized operation,    which is easy to learn. The real-time working status is displayed on the operation interface, so as to easily maintain and view;

The cutter and the feed roller are driven by synchronous servo motors to achieve efficient and fast positioning.

Pallet replacement can be automatic or manual, to improve production efficiency, and reduce reactive power operation.

The main controller is composed of PLC, synchronous servo motor, tension sensor, etc. The protection level is high to ensure the reliable
operation stability of the equipment.
