HZT-DCS8000 automation system is a distributed control system (DCS) developed by Huazhang Technology based on the domestic platform, which is a new generation of high-end master control system with high reliability, high security, high adaptability, large-scale characteristics, high quality and stability, and is a hybrid integrated control system supporting process control, logic control and sequence control.

In today's intelligent automated factory, the operating system is not only a tool for users to monitor and operate the production line, but also an integrated tool to assist users in quality analysis and cost management. The HZTCS-8000 includes the following functions:

Historical trends. HZT-DCS8000 can be used to sort out the set value, process value of analog and digital quantity, forming historical curve of control variable so as to easily analyze production status.

Database modeling capabilities. Based on the discrete-point data stored in its database, the corresponding mathematical model can be established. With reliable control logic, improve the operability and easy maintenance of the control system.

Cumulative report. HZT-DCS8000 can accumulate and export reports on the electric energy and material flow of the division, helping the workshop record the daily production and cost calculation.

Interlocking and coercion. The HZT-DCS8000 visualizes the interlocking and forced conditions of motors and valves, improving production safety reliability and efficiency in tracing problems.
