HZT-AC-8000 paper machine drive system controller which adopts domestic PLC, with medium and high grades performance range of programmable logic control, has extremely high processing speed, powerful communication performance and excellent CPU resource margin, and also possesses the functions of high-speed command processing, password U self-diagnosis and self-testing intelligent diagnostic system which continuously monitors system functions and records errors and special events of the system.

The high-performance domestic inverter used by the motor driver, has the drive system integrating V/F control and vector control, the infeed inverting controller HCU is used to control the basic infeed, active infeed and inverting power module, with powerful functions, compact structure, strong scalability, high reliability, fast and flexible networking, excellent control algorithm and so on.

The system has the functions of summary, public diagnosis, layout  diagnosis, single-link switching interface, the speed setting of the whole machine, hydraulic control setting and speed difference centralized control interface, you can view the situation of each branch of the paper machine.
