ZSHOY/ZDROY series "O" type hard seal cut ball valve small diameter adopts two-piece ball valve structure, large diameter adopts three-piece ball valve structure. The valve body is composed of two parts, the ball core adopts the full diameter, the rated flow coefficient is large, the flow resistance is small, the structure is simple, the volume is small, the weight is light. The surface of the ball core is sprayed with nickel-based alloy or tungsten carbide to make its surface smooth and wear-resistant. Valve seat sealing material stainless steel surfacing cobalt alloy or spray carbide, excellent sealing, long service life, with strong cutting performance. Widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, paper and other containing solid particles or high temperature, high pressure media cut. The actuator adopts high-performance double piston rack and pinion structure or fork type structure, high transmission efficiency, compact structure or electronic electric actuator. The nominal diameter range of this series of products is DN15~500mm(1/2 "~ 20"), and the nominal pressure grade is PN1.6~10.0MPa150lb~600lb).
