YSIQ(D)10F series gas/electric intelligent fluorine-lined plastic single-seat regulator is a national torch plan project in 2010, with a number of national patents. The valve adopts a modular design with strong versatility and interchangeability, and has a compact structure. Body cavity, valve, seat, stem are coated with 3mm thick polyperfluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP), resistant to all chemical media (including concentrated sulfuric acid, alkali and aqua regia) corrosion. The bellows made of PTFE and the packing are double sealed. Once the bellows are damaged, the regulating valve packing can play a second protective seal. It has the characteristics of compact structure, small size, light weight, good corrosion resistance, good sealing, accurate flow characteristics, easy maintenance and so on. With multi-spring actuators or electric actuators, can be used in harsh working conditions. It is especially suitable for the workplace where the leakage is small and the pressure difference between the front and back of the valve is not large.

ZM10 multi-spring high-strength actuator adopts modular design, which can easily replace the positive and reaction forms in the field, and can effectively protect the bullet against corrosion, thus extending the service life of the actuator and facilitating the use of users. The matching of actuator and intelligent electric valve positioner adopts the design without pipeline connection, which improves the seismic performance, stability and adjustment accuracy of the regulating valve, and meets the accurate adjustment of working conditions.
