The special box for new energy power generation is a high-voltage/low-voltage preassembled substation (hereinafter referred to as substation) which integrates high-voltage switchgear, transformer body and protective fuse in the oil tank and integrates low-voltage switchgear and corresponding auxiliary equipment. It is a new energy grid-connected inverter (or alternator) voltage after the boost transformer rises to 10kV or 35kV, through the 10kV or 35kV line upward output of power dedicated booster equipment, is the ideal supporting equipment for new energy power generation system.
The box transformer is divided into three parts: high voltage chamber, low voltage chamber and transformer. The box transformer of Chinese structure is mainly used in the rising pressure box transformer of new energy power generation. The difference between the structure characteristics and the traditional box transformer is that the transformer part is placed outside the box transformer shell, which effectively solves the heat dissipation problem of the transformer and quickly takes away the heat generated by the transformer body through the natural climate. The transformer is closely connected with the transformer shell through the way of side outlet, and the transformer is divided into high voltage chamber and low voltage chamber through the partition board of the transformer shell, which is an ideal product for new energy power generation.
