MIXEL (Beijing) Agitator Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of MIXEL SAS.

1920 – Creation of LADERACH company specialized in mechanical work located near Lyon, France;

1969 – LADERACH company becomes MIXEL;

1970 – Invention of series patent propeller;

1992 – Mr. Philippe EYRAUD became the CEO of MIXEL group;

1995 – Construction of new factory in Dardilly;

2005 - Creation of MIXEL（Beijing）Agitator subsidiary and factory；

2010 - Creation of MIXEL Brazil subsidiary；

2015 - Creation of MIXEL ASEAN subsidiary in Vietnam；

2020 - Construction of an extension China company，Tianjin new factory put into operation；

2023 - MIXEL has officially joined the GMM Pfaudler Group.
